The philanthropist Pantelis Boumbouras helps to create a new Ukrainian elite of managers

4 Ukrainians completed their studies at the Harvard School of Management named after John F. Kennedy, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the program “Young Leaders” (Harvard Kennedy School, Boston, USA, program “Emerging Leaders”).

At the initiative of the President of the Foundation, the philanthropist Pantelis Boumbouras, a competition was held, the winners of which received scholarships for the program.

The participants of the program are people who are already successful in their field of activity and want to improve their knowledge.

The purpose of the short-term program is the acquisition of new skills that will allow them to continue to hold leadership positions and contribute to the development of their country.

“Ukraine is a country of great prospects and opportunities. Young people with great potential live here. In order for the people and the state to develop in the modern rhythm of life, it is necessary to improve their knowledge. We are very pleased that we can contribute to this process. My family and I have been living in Ukraine for more than 20 years. We take an active part in many socially significant projects of the city and the country. I believe in the opportunities of Ukraine on the world stage and I consider it my duty to help her move in this direction”, mentioned Pantelis Boumbouras.

It is worth noting that last year, the philanthropist Pantelis Boumbouras funded studies at the program at the Harvard School of Government for 11 Ukrainians. According to the Head of the program “Young Leaders” Mr. Sergey Konoplev, representatives of 19 countries of the world took part in the previous set, where the delegation from Ukraine was the most numerous.
