Odesa is a city of strength, resilience, and belief in a brighter future that lives in the heart of each of us. These times of war are a true test for everyone, but Odesa and its people once again demonstrate their unity and desire to live in a free Ukraine!
Our city has always had a deep connection with my native Greece, which has given the world heroes and democracy. This bond strengthens our spirit and reminds us that we are stronger together.
Today, we honor the Ukrainian heroes who defend the south and those who have given their lives for it. Your courage and sacrifice will forever remain in our memory!
