Odesa businessman and philanthropist, Chairman of the Charitable Foundation Pantelis Boumpouras sponsored the International Forum "Brussels Forum 2023", which will begin today, May 23.
Ukrainian and world diplomats arrived in Brussels on a working visit, where they will take part in the 2023 international forum in Brussels, dedicated to the threat to international security due to Russia's war against Ukraine, the consequences and potential scenarios of the settlement of the military conflict, the picture of the future for the countries of the West.
According to Pantelis Boumpouras, this year the Brussels Forum is planning to hold "The Odesa debate 2023", which will be held on the second day in a wide format with the participation of high-ranking officials, politicians and diplomats from various countries of the world, including the USA.
The topic "The Odesa debate 2023" will be devoted to the issues of rebuilding Ukraine's infrastructure and economy, the country's long-term economic development in the Euro-Atlantic environment, factors that must be overcome for this, how best to stimulate investments in Ukraine? How does the business community perceive these prerequisites and what is already being done?
We will remind you that the Bоumbоuras Foundation and the construction company GEFEST have been the organizers of the International Forum "The Odesa debate" in Odesa for several years in a row, the topic of which was the unification of Ukraine, the Black Sea region and transatlantic partners.
The event was supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the German Marshall Fund.
The conference was attended by diplomats and ministers from the USA, Georgia, Greece, Bulgaria, Belgium, Moldova, Romania, Poland, as well as representatives of various state law enforcement agencies.
