On the occasion of Odesa Day, Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov awarded the President of the Gefest Company, the Chairman of the Boumbouras Foundation Panteleimon Boumbouras and the staff of the Gefest construction company with the new honorary award "For the Defense of Odessa", which was established this year.
"This award is given to people and organizations that have made an active contribution and participate in the defense of the city. From the first days, we were very coordinated and as a whole team joined in helping our native Odessa, made roadblocks, collected necessary things for our defenders, received humanitarian aid from the Greek Republic, collected everything necessary for large families and animal shelters. We continue to do many things even now. Together with the entire team, I am very grateful for such a high assessment of our work, but all this is also possible thanks to our defenders, who courageously keep our quiet days. I believe in victory and a free Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!", Panteleimon Boumbouras notes.
