The head of the charity organization "Boumbouras Foundation", philanthropist Pantelis Boumbouras sponsored the surgery of the Odessa Paralympic athlete, World and European fencing champion, participant of two Paralympic Games Vadim Zedrik. "I learned about the fact that Vadim needs surgery from the social network. We decided to act immediately.Vadim Zedrik is the pride of Odessa, he repeatedly represented our city and country in different sports championships. I could not stay away from this. As far as I know, this year he has α selection of important international competitions scheduled. Vadim should be in shape. Sport is extremely important for him, it is the meaning of his life. I believe that the surgery will be successful, and very soon Vadim will bring new awards to Ukraine"- said Pantelis Boumbouras.
