The First International Conference “Odessa’s Debates. The consolidation of Ukraine, the Black Sea region and transatlantic partners” will be held March 1-2, 2019, in Odessa with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the German Foundation German Marshall Fund (GMF).
